Today we'll be heading to CSUN to try and capture images with leading lines. Please remember that your project requires the following:


  • TWO images! One in color, and a different in black and white.

  • Your line should lead to a subject. Use each other as models if needed.

  • Your images MUST be edited. Your black and white image should be dodged and burned to bring out the contrast of your highlights, midtones, and shadows. Remember to crop your photos, as well.

Leading lines can be man made or natural, and they may appear:


Parallel

Horizontal

Curved or

Diagonal
